Delivery and Returns

In a nut shell: We offer free standard shipping and returns, you have 15 days to decide! Contact us with your inquiry to and we will be more than happy to help you out.

Standard Shipping: 

Standard Delivery is usually within 5 to 7 business days. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. In most cases your order will arrive within a couple of days. All orders from are shipped from our Miami, FL location. 
We offer standard and premium delivery. Standard shipping costs are as follows: 
  • Orders up to $100 shipping charge $10 .
  • Orders over $100 ship FREE within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping Policy: 
Free Standard shipping applies to orders over $100 after any discounts have been applied. Free shipping is not available on orders shipping internationally, or certain oversized products. If you have any questions concerning the Free Standard Shipping offer please email us to 
Express Shipping: 
Express Shipping is $36.00. The Free Shipping Promotion does not apply when the Express Shipping option is selected.  Express Shipping Policy: Premium Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days from the time your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 1:00pm EST. Any orders placed after 1:00pm EST, will technically be processed the following business day, allowing an additional day for guaranteed delivery. Please note orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive by Wednesday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours. Premium Delivery is not available outside of the continental United States . Premium delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. 
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.VaultXV does not require a signature upon delivery on most items although our custom orders from overseas may. The shipper will leave your package at the safest location at your address unless otherwise specified. The shipper reserves the right to require a signature for a package delivery. Due to customs and restrictions on import/export of exotic skins in different countries, we are not able to ship these items out of the USA. Certain restrictions may be lifted depending on the country of origin.
Oversized Products: 
An additional surcharge may be added to oversized items at VaultXV’s discretion. This charge will be noted in the product description.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA): has partnered with a trusted third-party company,, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, SafetyPay, Money Gram, Bank wire transfers or other local forms of payment. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Return Policy:Returns are accepted on full priced and sale merchandise purchased at within 15 days of purchase date, provided that the items have not been worn or used, and they have all tags in mint conditions.  VaultXV and any other labels must be attached. Personalized or Special Order items are not returnable. Items may be returned to us only after you contact us and we provide you with the return shipping address or a return shipping label. Items that cannot be returned will be clearly noted in the item description, due to the designers requirements.
PLEASE NOTE:  We are currently offering Free Shipping and returns even if you are EXCHANGING an item. Email us for instructions on how to return or exchange to: 
Be sure to include a copy of your invoice.  If you do not have the original invoice, please include your name, billing address and a phone number where you can be reached along with your order number. 
Once your package has been received at your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within four business days.  Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the transaction.
Worn or used items may be returned due to manufacturing defect only, for repair or replacement per manufacturer's instructions. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be issued based on the original method of tender with valid receipt. Normal wear and tear and failure to follow manufacturer's laundering instructions are not considered a manufacturing defect.
Items to be exchanged can be returned to with a free shipping return label. A new order for the replacement item(s) can be placed either online or with our customer service department. Please contact a member of our customer service team with your new order number by email at order to receive the free return shipping label via email.  
Price Adjustments:
Prices are subject to change.  We will honor price adjustments within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please notify us via email,  We honor this one time only.
Special Order Return Policy:
Monogrammed, Personalized, Altered or Special Ordered Merchandise CANNOT be returned.
